The All Posts page is where you can manage all your social media posts in one place. It allows you to create, view, filter, search, and delete posts easily.

What You Can Do on This Page

On this page, you can view and manage all your social media posts in one place. It allows you to track posts across different platforms, check their status (Published, Draft, Upcoming, or Failed), and see the scheduled or published date. You can quickly understand what content is live, what is pending, and what needs attention.

You can also take direct actions such as editing, deleting, or reviewing posts. The filtering options help you sort posts based on their status, making it easier to manage large volumes of content efficiently. Additionally, the “Create New Post” button lets you quickly start creating and publishing new content without leaving the page.

View all created posts

You can see a list of all the posts you have created

Each post shows:

• A preview of the content
• The platform it was posted on
• Its current status
• The date and time
• Action options (view, edit or delete)

Filter posts by multiple criteria

The Filter posts feature allows you to arrange your posts in a specific order to make them easier to review and manage.

You can sort posts based on different criteria such as:

• Date : View the newest or oldest posts first
• Status : Group posts by Published, Draft, or Upcoming
• Platform : Organize posts by social media platform

You can also choose the order:

• Ascending : From oldest to newest (or A to Z)
• Descending – From newest to oldest (or Z to A)

Sorting helps you quickly find what you're looking for, especially when you have many posts.

Search posts

Use the search option to find posts by typing keywords from your content.

Create new posts

Click the “Create New Post” button at the top right to:

• Create posts
• Upload reels
• Add stories
• Insert products
• Choose publish type (Draft / Schedule / Publish Now)

This takes you to the post creation page.

View post details

Click the “eye icon” in the Action column to:

• View full post details
• Check platform information
• See the post all analytics
• and more...

Delete posts

Click the“Delete icon” to remove a post. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.
