All Contacts

The All Contacts page lists email addresses and phone numbers people shared in automation DMs, plus platform, username, and collection date. You can filter, search, and export — there is no edit, delete, or contact detail view.

To open this page, navigate to:

Forever Free accounts follow Growth-level access. There is no separate contact-count limit. In Share My Access, teammates see the owner's contacts and can export them; this page has no delete action.

How Contacts Are Collected

Contacts appear here only when an automation asks for them in the DM reply flow. In the automation builder (They Will Get), enable:

Collect email addresses via DM
Collect phone numbers via DM

After the automation triggers, AutoPubliX sends your ask message; when the user replies with a valid email or phone (10–12 digits), it is stored. If both toggles are on, email is requested first, then phone. These toggles are available on common DM / comment / story / live templates — not on Welcome Message, Ice Breakers, or Chat Menu.

Important: If those collection toggles are off, nothing is saved to All Contacts. Invalid replies are not stored.

Filters, List, and Search

Platform tabs: All, Instagram, Facebook (with counts). Search placeholder: Search by email, username or phone. Pagination is 10 per page. Empty state: No contacts found.

Columns: No, Platform (icon), Email, Phone, Username, Date. Missing fields show an em dash. Instagram usernames link to the public profile; Facebook usernames are shown as text only.

Export

At the top of the page:

Export emails — TXT file, one email per line
Export phone numbers — TXT file, one number per line

Exports include all account contacts of that type — they ignore the current platform filter and search. Buttons are disabled when you have no contacts. Individual automations can also show Download email list / Download phone number list for that automation's collection.
