Media Library

The Media Library is a centralized space where you can upload, store, organize, and manage all your media files in one place. It supports multiple file types including images, videos, audio files, and documents, making it easy to reuse media across your posts and automation workflows.

This feature helps you streamline content creation by giving you quick access to all your uploaded media without needing to upload files repeatedly.

What You Can Do on This Page

On the Media Library page, you can manage all your uploaded files efficiently. You can view media in different layouts, search for specific files, upload new content, and delete unused media.

The library displays important details such as file name, type, size, and upload date, helping you keep your media organized and easy to manage.

You can also switch between Grid view and List view, depending on your preference for browsing files.

Media Views

The Media Library provides two viewing options:

1. Grid View

Displays media files as visual cards with previews. This is useful for quickly browsing images and videos.

2. List View

Displays files in a structured table format with details such as:

• File name
• File type
• File size
• Upload date
• Actions (view, delete)

This view is helpful when managing large numbers of files.

Search Media

Use the Search bar at the top of the page to quickly find specific media files.

You can search by:

• File name
• File type

This helps you locate files instantly, especially when your library contains many items.

Storage Usage

At the top right of the page, you can see your storage usage. This indicates how much storage you have used and how much is available based on your current subscription plan.

Storage limits vary depending on your plan:

• Free Plan: 1 GB
• Pro Plan: 5 GB
• Enterprise Plan: 10 GB

This helps you monitor your storage consumption and manage your media files efficiently according to your plan limits.

Select & Manage Files

You can select one or multiple files using the checkboxes available on each media item.

Once selected, you can perform bulk actions such as:

• Delete selected files

The interface will display how many items are selected, making it easier to manage multiple files at once.

Delete Media

To delete media files:

• Select the file(s) you want to delete
• Click the “Delete icon”
• Confirm the deletion when prompted
